Hi,

I am a 4th year honours student currently studying at Carleton University. I am looking for a place to live for this upcoming school year and would be willing to provide house sitting or live-in companion services in exchange for living accommodations from September 2014 to April 2015. The agreement could last for the entirety of this period or only a portion of it. Something close to Carleton would be ideal but anything in and around the city might work.

HOUSE SITTING: If you are planning a business or leisure trip and need someone to take care of your house/apartment (i.e. collect mail, shovel, cut grass, etc) then I am your person! I would only require access to the kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom and would leave other areas of the house undisturbed while you are away and you would feel secure that your house is not left unattended. We could arrange for weekly check-ins/updates are anything else you would require.

LIVE-IN Companion: If you are an elderly person/couple who is feeling a little lonely or simply a person (or maybe a family) who needs an extra hand around the house (i.e. cooking, repairs, lifting heavy things, etc). Then I would do my best to help you out while not being a disturbance whatsoever, in fact I would probably be pleasant company :)

I am an extremely responsible, reliable, hard-working and intelligent person (and humble too!). I have a perfect grade point average and have held many jobs such as lifeguard, swimming and skiing instructor, umpire, teaching assistant, tutor, researcher and many more. I have experience cooking, cleaning, gardening, taking care of kids and pets, and much more.

I would be happy to provide a detailed resume as well as the names of several references who could attest to my character.

Please contact me for any additional information, with any questions you may have or to set up a time to meet with me

I will consider any offers, even if you are not sure and just want to discuss the pos
