We are seeking a Tax Litigation lawyer with an entrepreneurial spirit looking to serve as Counsel to or practice in association with an established organization. With support from this firm, you will be able to grow your own practice while servicing the firms reputable client base.
QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive knowledge of income tax, GST / HST, retail sales tax and excise tax matters.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience advocating on behalf of clients regarding disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency and the Ontario Ministry of Finance.
Appearances before the Tax Court of Canada and Federal Court of Appeal.
Familiarity with Class Action lawsuits ideal but not essential.
